Cooking Books

I helped with an instructional booked called the Galley Chef. This was a book designed to help aid someone new to cooking in the maritime industry. There is a full week of menu ideas and great recipes to back the menu. There are other useful tips that will help onboard any vessel.The book was created and published by http://qsesolutions.com but most of the recipes in the book are mine. I have also created three maritime cooking classes to help a newly hired cook or cook deckhand.

Cooking Classes

My cooking classes help the average person learn that with a little extra time you can create great healthy food for you and your family. I also help teach people everything I have learned over the years about purchasing, handling, storing and great cooking and grilling tips. I want everyone to enjoy the passion I have for cooking. I love to create recipes that everyone will enjoy. Some of my recipes are very universal so you can incorporate them into a lot of other dishes. This allows you to save money but most of all time. I have recipes for larger batches so you can store the extra in the freezer for quick and healthy dinners. I enjoy creating easy recipes that even your kids can help put together.
